The Heart Chakra’s element is Air, so connect to the wind to nurture your heart chakra. Drive with the windows down in the car, or fly a kite on a breezy day. Practice deep breathing during a heart-focused medidation!

Visualise a green flower bud at the centre of your chest, that opens slowely and in the middle you can see the pink centre surrounded by the vibrating fresh green. Let go the negative energy or emotion that was locked in the bud.

Repeat as often as you wish, with eyes closed the following positive affirmations:

I love. I love myself. I am a being of compassion. I share this love to everyone. I live in balance, with grace and gratitude. I release all fears, concerns and worries about giving and receiving love. I know forgiveness. I am one.

As the Heart Chakra is associated with the element air, so breathe-in pure aromas therapeutic of floral essential oils like Ylang Ylang, Rose, Jasmine or Vetiver, Pine Rosewood, to help open your heart and feel the love and compassion.

Food that stimulate this chakra: green foods, spinach, kale, chard, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, peas, peppers, leeks, zucchini, celery, green apples, pears, grapes, kiwi and avocados.

Enjoy the beauty and softness of a bunch of pink roses or take a walk in the unspoiled and green nature.

    1. Thank you so much, Josipa! I am very happy that you like the painting and that you can feel the vibrations. I feel this when I meditate in front of the Root Chakra painting, it’s like touching the fire.
